Mystery Shopper Program
Mystery shopper assessments provide observations and recommendations based on the evaluator’s experience during the assessment period. Results represent a snapshot in time and may not reflect the full scope of your business operations. Recommendations are advisory in nature and implementation is at your discretion.

Our Professional Certification is issued by TrailBlaze Africa and represents completion of our training programme. It is not a government-recognised or accredited qualification.
